I require a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result a 50% fee of the service(s) booked. Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no-shows will be required to pay 100% of the service(s) scheduled. Please note that if you are 10-15 minutes late to your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. Late cancellations and no-shows leave me with empty slots that more than likely will not be filled in such a short time frame, this is why I must enforce this policy.
